Reporting Infringement

PromoteAny AI respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established a clear protocol for reporting alleged copyright infringements related to our AI-generated content.

Takedown Requirements

To file a valid DMCA notice, you must provide our designated agent with the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the URL or unique production ID).
Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
A signature (physical or electronic) from the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent. It must include your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.

Repeat Infringers

PromoteAny AI maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. Users who are found to have repeatedly infringed the intellectual property rights of others will have their accounts permanently terminated and access to all AI generation services revoked without refund.
