Account Architecture

Name, email, encrypted password, and profile photo.

Content Architecture

Uploaded videos (original) and AI-generated outputs.

Usage Architecture

IP address, browser type, device info, and pages visited.

Payment Architecture

Transaction IDs and status (processed via Razorpay/Stripe).

4. Biometric Safeguards

Videos you upload may contain facial imagery and voice recordings (Biometric Data). We process these solely to generate your requested output. Original uploaded videos are automatically deleted within 30 days. We do not extract or store facial recognition datasets.

5. Data Retention

Account Data: Retained until deletion + 90 days.

Original Uploads: Purged within 30 days of processing.

AI Output Videos: Retained indefinitely until account closure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or erase your data. Submit requests to support@promoteanyai.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days. To delete your account directly, navigate to Settings > Delete Account.
