By accessing or using PromoteAnyAI ("we", "our", "us", or the "Platform") at promoteanyai.com and its related services, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all access and usage of our services.
To access our AI influencer video generation tools, you must register and secure a user account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@promoteanyai.com.
Our platform leverages high-performance AI engines to render hyper-realistic avatars and synthesize voices. By using these capabilities, you represent and warrant that:
You will NOT perform face-swapping or voice-cloning of any private individual without their explicit, written, and verifiable consent.
You will NOT generate misleading political content, deepfakes, or media intended to defraud, defame, or impersonate without clear disclosure.
You will NOT generate content containing explicit pornography, hate speech, physical threats, harassment, or incitement of violence.
You will comply with all local and international laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and information technology guidelines.
You retain full ownership of the original media files (videos, images, audio) that you upload to the Platform. By uploading them, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to process and render your media to produce the requested AI output.
Ownership of the generated AI influencer video remains with you, subject to your full compliance with these terms and payment of required credits. We claim no ownership over your completed renders. However, you are entirely responsible for the final usage, distribution, and social sharing of your generated videos.
PromoteAnyAI operates a credits-based pricing structure. High-performance GPU computing power and neural pipelines are consumed on a per-second or per-render basis. Transactions and credit purchases are processed securely. All spent credits are non-refundable. For further details, please review our comprehensive Refund Policy.
PromoteAnyAI is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI outcomes will meet your specific aesthetic or commercial expectations. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or distribution of generated videos.
